Highly Qualified Team
Our facilitation team are challenged to be the very best they can be and we give them 10 goals to aspire to. They have strong Team Leaders who ‘walk the walk’ by demonstrating high-level communication and interpersonal skills.
We are creating a world-class team at a company created for young people, run by young people. 3 out of four of our new team are young people who have come through our programmes whilst they were at school, so the spine of our company is made up of past students, facing the same challenges that your students face today.

World Class Facilitator
I’m Steve & joined HU ten years ago now after a totally different career change. I met Gray & Carlo and worked with them in a school in Bristol , I was hooked instantly. One by the amazing programme and two by the courage and strength of the young people during that day. Since that day I still stand back in amazement after ten years of being inspired by young people.
Tamara
World Class Facilitator
I met HU when I was 15, in Year 10 and connected with the experience much more than I could have imagined. I joined the heroes journey and later went on to be an Ambassador at HARmony camp. I had such a wonderful experience that I realised working alongside this company was something I wanted full time and became a facilitator in September 2015

Developing Facilitator
I was 17 when I first met Humanutopia, and I didnʼt know I needed until it
happened. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life until that day the area
Iʼm from is a , I wasnʼt even going to stay in the room and within 2 hours I knew
I had to make changes. On the back of the Who Am I day I became a hero
which I absolutely loved doing, I then got in touch with HU once Iʼd turned 18, I
did some work experience and then went on to be an apprentice facilitator.
