Improving behaviour in schools

Are you looking for new ways to improve behaviour and prevent bullying in schools? Our programmes develop resilience skills, improve the educational atmosphere, inspire your students and help achieve outstanding Ofsted standards. To date, we have worked with over 550,000 young people, leaving a lasting impact in nearly 600 schools & academies.

Our team building exercises develop an anti bullying ethos among student groups as well as improving the confidence of the individual. Our programmes work within bullying prevention strategies, challenging the attitudes and problematic behaviour which facilitate bullying. We aim to build positive relationships, enabling students to focus on learning and development. As the number one choice of externally provided leadership and volunteering programmes in UK schools, we’re motivating students to make positive changes in their lives, society and the world.
