Multi Academy Trusts

Our work can really help bring the values and ethos of your trust alive and embed them in a meaningful way not only with staff, but also with the student communities you serve.

Whether you are a new academy trust looking to set the tone with your schools, if you are a small established trust looking to foster further collaboration between your academies or a national trust working to strengthen your mental health and wellbeing offer, we can support you and your academy principals.

Our past collaborations have included:

  • Training students and empowering them to deliver a keynote address at the Ormiston Academies Trust National Conference
  • Working across all phases of the Brigantia Learning Trust, providing leadership at all levels for the sixth form college students to support Year 10 students in the trust secondary schools, Year 9 and 10 students in secondary schools supporting Year 5 and Year 6 in junior school, and Year 6 leaders supporting infant school pupils.
  • A regional approach to working with the Greenwood Academies Trust, working cross phase in Peterborough and Lincolnshire. We also worked with trust central staff (of all roles) to connect them better with the academies they support and provide a framework for them to mentor Year 11 students with anxieties of exams and their future.
  • Support for transition in the Blessed Edward Bamber Catholic Multi Academy Trust (BEBCMAT) in Blackpool with student heroes from the secondary academy deliver sessions to their primary academies to strengthen and make the transition process seamless.
  • Providing each Year 9 student in the deFerrers Trust the chance to take part in our Who Am I programme, helping the new academies to the trust have a shared ethos and common purpose.

Our work is often bespoke and naturally depends on your aims, in addition to the size and scope of the trust. We can work with students and/or staff at primary, secondary and post-16 level.
