Staff Training
Our staff training days are unique and we guarantee that your staff will both enjoy themselves and gain a great deal from the experience.
Our days are grounded in academic excellence, use practical every day techniques but are presented in a creative and enjoyable way to maximise participation and enhance learning.
The days are lead by the widely acclaimed and highly respected Graham Moore who has had over 10 years experience in running training days for adults.
Graham was a teacher for 13 years in tough Merseyside schools and manages to carefully bridge the gap between idealism and pragmatism.
He has an inspirational story to tell and weaves this story into many of the points he raises about teaching and modern day education.
During his career he has worked for or with DfE, QCA, SSAT, Youth Sport Trust, amongst many others, making him an in-demand speaker. His unique style of delivery and the format and content of these days is sure to motivate and inspire even the most cynical of staff.
Our courses can range from topics such as youth culture, improving relationships, increasing self-esteem, diversity, barriers to learning, inspiring learners, changing the culture of your school. We can also create bespoke courses to meet and suit your needs and agenda .
