At hu we are trying to break the mould. We are trying to run a company that makes a difference not only in the outside world, but in our own company too. We have all lived in this crazy world for long enough to pick up a few bad habits and experience our own negative cycles and inevitably we bring these traits into work with us. These issues can and often do cause problems in the workplace.

humanutopia is all about trying to do things differently, finding alternative solutions and ways of dealing with things. Sure, we all make mistakes and we don’t get it right every time but we are genuinely trying to create a company without hierarchy where everyone is valued and treated equally.

We have our own unique way of trying to create and retain Harmony within our team and there are very few issues if ever between us all. Our internal personal training programme is life-changing and all our team have said how much they have changed for the better since they joined our team. Our professional development course is equally as powerful as we train you to the highest standards to work as part of our team.

 
 

We are always on the look out for amazing people who have one thing in common with us all here at hu, they want to make a difference in the world. Our plans are to take on 6 apprentices each September to join our ‘road team’ who work in schools all over the country.

We are looking for young people between the ages of 16-21 who be offered a two year apprenticeship in Learning & Development, which will be accredited up to NVQ level 4. You will be trained to the highest standard to help us run our unique programmes all over the UK, whilst at the same time joining and learning from a team of amazing people who will be there to help you grow.

We will cover all your transport, accommodation and food costs whilst you are on the road and it gets better because we also pay you £8,000 per annum, which will rise to £10,000 by the end your apprenticeship. As you become a full time member of the team and your responsibility levels increase so will your pay and prospects.
